WOMEN EMPOWERMENT

Recognizing the pivotal role women play in the development and progress of society, we at V-Guard have identified women's empowerment as a focus area. The Women's program in CSR aims to enable women to manage their monetary, physical and intellectual needs, by giving them a mutually beneficial income generating option to women. For procurement of stabilizers, V-Guard is working closely with women who have grouped themselves to form SHG's (Self Help Groups). The important criterion being, to provide a stable income for their households and in turn emancipation from poverty. The said efforts have met with resounding success over the decades.
