Message from Chairperson and Managing Director

When I took charge as Managing Director in 2012, I knew I was inheriting more than a company. I was inheriting a legacy of trust, built by people who believed that good products and honest dealings would always find a home in India.

Standing here today, I am deeply grateful to the Board for the confidence they have placed in me. I am equally grateful to each one of you too. Every milestone we have crossed was made possible by you: the engineer who refined a design one more time, the salesperson who stood by a dealer through a difficult season, the service technician who reached a customer's home on a rainy evening and the colleague in every function who quietly kept things running.

This role is not a personal achievement. It reflects what we have built together, and it is a responsibility I accept with humility.

The years ahead will bring new opportunities and new challenges. Technology is changing how customers choose and use products, competition is sharper and expectations are rising. I am confident that the values that brought us here will carry us forward: integrity, innovation and an unwavering focus on the customer.
